Decent workstation, long wait

I ordered a ProMagix HD80 for my video editing work. The machine itself is solid and performs well for rendering. It took about 3 weeks to get here, which felt a bit long, but I guess custom builds take time. Packaging was good, very secure. I've heard really good things about their customer service and build quality, especially for workstations. My Vector is still running strong years later. Haven't tried Digital Storm myself though.

It's a tough call, depends on what you value. VM is known for solid hand-built systems and lifetime tech support, which is a huge plus. Some say Digital Storm has more flashy aesthetics, but for raw performance and reliability, VM is right up there if not better.

It can vary a lot, depends on the components. My friend waited like 3 weeks for his gaming desktop, but mine was quicker, maybe 10 days? Not including shipping time across the country.

From what I remember when I ordered my NoteMagix, they usually give you an estimated build time on the product page. Shipping to CA might add another 5-7 business days after it's built.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one coupon per order. That's how it was when I bought my Raptor Z40, had to pick between free shipping or a dollar amount off.
